Whole-person medicine for the whole family
We are a world-leading medical clinic specialising in integrative and functional medicine for complex, multi-symptom conditions and neurodivergence — in children and adults. That includes ADHD, autism and AuDHD, anxiety, and conditions such as EDS and hypermobility, fibromyalgia, MCAS and chronic fatigue. Led by world-leading integrative and cannabinoid medicine expert Dr Dani Gordon, we treat the whole person — and because we care for children, teenagers, adults and parents, often the whole family. We see patients online across the UK. Get our Holistic Treatment Guide to learn how we help.
Integrative medicine for complex conditions
Many of our patients have symptoms that cross several specialties at once — pain, fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, poor sleep, and gut and immune problems — where each specialist sees one piece and no one sees the whole. These rarely turn out to be separate problems: they share common roots in the brain, gut, immune and nervous systems, and travel together far more often than standard care recognises.
Our integrative medicine approach combines personalised medication treatment with a wider, personalised toolbox — functional testing, nutrition, cannabinoid medicine and nervous-system work — to treat the whole person and the root causes. It is often effective for conditions which don’t respond well to medication-only approaches, including EDS and hypermobility, fibromyalgia, MCAS and chronic fatigue.
Specialists in neurodivergence — ADHD, autism and AuDHD
We care for ADHD, autism and AuDHD across the lifespan, with a neurodiversity-affirming approach — we never try to “cure” anyone or change who they are.
Conventionally thought of as mainly being diagnosed with ADHD and autism, at its simplest neurodivergence means having a brain wired differently from the neurotypical norm. There are many types of neurodivergence without reaching the full criteria for an ADHD or autism diagnosis — whether you have traits that affect your life or a formal diagnosis, we take your neurodivergence into account. We remove the biological roadblocks and treat the conditions that cause distress, so a person can thrive as themselves.
Neurodivergent people also tend to carry more physical and mental health conditions, and more chronic, hard-to-treat symptoms, than the general population — which is why they need care that takes their neurodivergence into account.
Anxiety runs alongside almost all of it — usually a physical, nervous-system state rather than a “thought problem”, which is why treating it at the level of the body and brain is what changes outcomes.
Integrative family medicine for adults and children
We have a large patient population of children and teenagers with ADHD, autism and anxiety. Our whole-child approach looks beyond a single diagnosis to sleep, nutrition, the gut-brain axis and nervous-system regulation.
Because ADHD and autism run in families, parents often come to us for their child, then through the treatment process realise that they likely have undiagnosed ADHD or autism themselves and become patients — leading to one joined-up plan across the household. This is whole-person medicine for the whole family.
Conditions we specialise in
Neurodivergence and the physical and mental health conditions that so often travel with it — treated together, across the whole family and the whole lifespan.
The treatments we bring together
We combine medication management with integrative treatment, stacked for a synergistic effect and personalised to you.
Functional medicine
Advanced North-American testing — microbiome, hormones, immune, methylation and mould load — to find and treat the root causes of illness.
Cannabinoid medicine
Cannabinoid medicine to regulate the endocannabinoid system — improving pain, mood, anxiety and sleep, often with rapid relief and less reliance on other drugs.
Microbiome medicine
Targeted gut testing and treatment that can resolve long-standing mood, brain fog, immune and fatigue symptoms — even where there are no obvious gut symptoms.
Nervous-system regulation
Home devices, clinically proven audio programmes and mindbody techniques that improve recovery times in many chronic conditions.

Frequently asked questions
Integrative medicine combines conventional medical diagnosis and prescribing with evidence-based non-drug treatments, chosen for the individual and used together. Functional medicine — a core method within it — uses advanced testing to find the root causes of illness. We bring both together, alongside cannabinoid medicine, nutrition and nervous-system work, in one personalised plan.
Neurodivergence — ADHD, autism and AuDHD — and the conditions that commonly co-occur, including anxiety, EDS and hypermobility, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and MCAS, alongside other complex chronic conditions that standard, single-specialty care struggles with.
Yes — we support the whole lifespan and often the whole family, with an adult service for those aged 18 and over and dedicated children’s and teens’ pathways, including online paediatric consultations.
The London Resilience Clinic is at 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, and we see patients across the UK, with our care delivered by secure video consultation.
